Refund policy
We have a strict 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unrolled and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A restocking fee will be charged if returned vinyl roll(s), paint protection film roll(s), or any other products are improperly repackaged, if vinyl roll(s) or paint protection film roll(s) were unrolled and re-taped improperly, or if material has been cut or is missing from vinyl roll(s) or paint protection roll(s). Restocking fee will vary based on damage to vinyl roll(s). A minimum of a 35% restocking fee will be charged to any returns of which are damaged in any way, shape, or form. No exceptions.
Buyer/Consumer is responsible for return shipping cost(s). Flect will only cover shipping costs associated with product(s) defective due to a fault of our own, or due to a return caused by an issue of our asking. Buyer/Consumer is responsible for shipping and return shipping costs of any and all voluntary returns or exchanges.
A restocking fee will not be charged if item(s) are returned in the exact way, shape, and form it was received by consumer and if item(s) were not unrolled, unsealed, and/or used.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and return shipping cost will be billed to sender.

Fraudulent Claims And Returns
We take fraudulent return and/or damaged item(s) claims very seriously and have a strict policy in place to protect our business and our customers from any fraudulent activity. Our return policy for suspected fraudulent claims is as follows;

All return claims will be thoroughly investigated to determine their validity. We reserve the right to request additional information and evidence to support the claim.

If it is found that the return claim is fraudulent, we will not issue a refund, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Any customers found to be making fraudulent return claims may be banned from future purchases and reported to the relevant authorities.

In cases where we suspect fraudulent activity but cannot definitively prove it, we reserve the right to deny the return and issue a store credit instead of a refund.

If a customer has a history of making suspicious return claims, we may refuse to accept any future returns from that customer.

Our decision regarding fraudulent return claims is final, and we will not engage in discussions or negotiations with customers who have made fraudulent claims.
We take pride in our products and services and strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we will not tolerate any fraudulent activity and will take appropriate action to protect our business and our customers.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order right away upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances, like custom products such as special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
